They are asking for my FBI certificate, which I mailed and they GOT 9/23. This request is dated 10/15. Oddly, the day I emailed them.
I'm not sure what to do. Wait for them to reply -or is this their reply>? I emailed them at 4pm central time. So it have been 5 that day.
Frustrating.
Ugh! I'm frustrated for you! If it were me, I would totally email them again -- and give them the details of the delivery of the certificate to them on 09/23 (the tracking number, date, time and name of the person who signed for it, etc...). And then I'd ask them to please confirm that they have it in their possession and to also confirm that they require no further action from me at this time. Had I not faxed Ottawa about hubby's medical results, I could have been waiting weeks or even months for them to figure out what the problem was (which was, apparently, something as ridiculous as a spelling error.) Thanks. After I posted I opted to email them and past the confirmation from USPS about it. I haven't heard back yet, but am really, really crossing my fingers it's all OK.  |

I haven't heard back yet, but am really, really crossing my fingers it's all OK. Me, too! (And toes!) It's hard because this is such a stressful process, and one that you have almost no control over after you send everything in, but "the Buffalo office" is still people; and people make mistakes, they're lazy, they're not as invested in our cases as we are, etc..., etc... Humans, eh? Sheesh!  |

i got a reply this morning i changed my address to my hubbys in Canada. Also for the lost FBI make sure you have Buffalo look for it, if they dont reply then contact your MP to question them, thats how they found mine! |

Hey everyone, I feel like I am going crazy now, I know I don't talk on here much but I read all the post every single day usually 3 times a day after I check my status on ecas (also 3 times a day) and I check my email and mailbox like crazy, it is so crazy how some people are landed in 2 months, I was so hopeful going into this process June 8th(when we mailed it) and yet I feel that is slowly going away especially because I am in Canada now and I was hoping during my visit I would get PPR and not have to return to the states, however I am not sure now! Anyways I am happy for all of you who have landed and I am hopeful to the rest of us who are waiting!!! |

you got a reply from them after you switched your address to your husband's in canada, what did it say if you dont mind? I had my mom fax them my husband's address here in canada saying this is where I will be until further notice like a week ago and they never replied, I never get a reply for anything I send them besides the automatic ones after I keep sending them, thanks

I e-mailed Buffalo yesterday regarding my husband's (missing) medical results (which, as of Oct. 14th, they did not have), and I heard back from them today. Ottawa told me they sent hubby's medical results to Buffalo on the 19th and so I wrote them to confirm that they had them -- the e-mail we got from them today says: "We have received the results of your medical exam. Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete." ~ EmRB |

I'd love if that were the case, actually  I mean it'd be better to hear them say, Oh, yey it's here, we have it. But I did ask what I should do, so hopefully if I hear nothing it means they found it and are working on it. I don't want to delay things another couple of months. Of course, does anyone?  |

I'm so sorry. I haven't really gotten much information out of them either via email. They;'ve always said they can't answer my questions - and this last time just that they forwarded it to processors. I really hope you hear something soon Darlon. |
