@ giggles idk y i feel like thats not true 80% of applicants get it within 1-3 months so 4 months is a lie its probably from Canada to Buffalo i refuse to believe it lol Nah, its not 80% - remember, too, that the people on this forum don't represent the majority of the people who apply. The people on this forum are the people who are careful and do lots of research and ask questions. That's how we all end up here. I imagine the average applicant who does not do those things is facing a longer process. The Buffalo statistics show that 30% of cases are finalized within 4 months. Those of us who have got them in 1-3 months are in that 30%. This does not represent a majority. There are still lots of people on this forum who are still waiting and thousands more who aren't on this forum. Anyway, you're only at 2 months! You could still make the top 30%  That sucks about your FBI certificate, though! I hope it is just a mistake and they will realize it quickly. I've heard of other cases where they ask for it and then realize it was a mistake and go on. |

Well we dont know exactly what it means but as of this morning at about 2 am mountain time we have this
We started processing WMaitners application on August 6, 2010.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on WMaitners application. The office will contact WMaitners concerning this decision.
I am guessing it is positive... Will update when i know... \
