I had to send the photographs as well. They are the same size.. the 'PR' photos! Contrats! Heather and Sugar, I'm sorry that you are still waiting  I'm still waiting on NYC to get my package.. I got signature confirmation and tracking, but I called about it today and they said the tracking is just a 'courtesy' and not to expect it.. I'm so glad I paid for nothing! |

Thanks again for the chart, SaugaBoss! Don't worry, I'm sure you will hear news soon! sbwv09 - have you tried tracking it online? That's what I always do and I've never had any issues. My tracking info shows that my passport delivered to the LA consulate on Saturday  |

That's what I tried and it showed nothing, and that's when I called. There's good news though! It was just scanned in Jamaica, NY, which is apparently a suberb of NYC! It's almost there Hopefully someone will sign for it today. I just hate mail, lol. Hubby left his passport in my car once and I had to ship it back. I used UPS with tracking and the works, and they bounced it from Toronto to customs and back about 4 times! Grr.. |

Question: I went to Houston Friday came back with hubby on Sunday night and we brought every paperwork we can because he is "visiting" me. We were only asked if he will be staying with me the whole time. IO at the airport did not ask for anything else except the passport and the custom declaration form. We indicated on his form that he will be here for 66 days. What do we "extend" if we were not given any paperwork? Does that mean he did not get a visitor's record? He will be returning to US for Thanksgiving and will be back. Thanks.

Did his passport get stamped? I think that is your proof if they don't give you any additional paperwork. |

He is from the USA correct? That is a VISA exempt country, so technically he can stay for 6 months without a VISA. They did not give you any paperwork stating only 66 days or an expiry date, so think 6 months from when he got there, and by then I am sure he will have his PR approved looking at your timeline. If they had given you a piece of paper then the date on that would be how long he could stay. |

If he's going back to the US in November, there is no reason for an extension as his visitor status will reset at that time.
