Just a little question: do you also have to send a self-addressed, stamped envelope when sending only copies of the passport pages, or does it only apply when sending the actual passport?

You don't *have* to, but if you don't they'll send it back regular mail and you won't be able to track it. If you do send your own envelope, you can get one with a tracking number. Your PPR should have instructions on it too.

Also, congratulations!

B4A is actually a continuation of B4.  Therefore B4 is a must, B4A is optional.

Is he going to 'land' in the coming trip, or just entering Canada as a 'visitor'?

You can also check this out:
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/thread-for-outland-buffalo-applicants-t41886.0.html;msg1405419#msg1405419

I have a little question about the B4 and B4A.

My spouse is coming Canada for a week on vacation, and will officially land before permanently moving here. He plans on coming back in December with his car and his belongings. Does he have to fill out the B4 AND the B4A, or ONLY the B4A (by checking "goods to follow" on that form)?

I would appreciate it if someone could tell me, as I am pretty confused about the whole process.

Any other requirements/advice about the car? He's coming in December with his car, but does he already have to "declare" his car on that form when landing?

Thank you so much for your help

Thank you everyone. We went wild last night and had Mexican and ice cream for dessert to celebrate. Now if anyone needs a house in Shreveport we have one for sale.

Congrats!!!!!!!

Seems like we all had different things they asked for...read your ppr and see what they say...mine said copy of ppr letter...did not ask for pic or ht,eye color ect but I sent them ( better safe than sorry)
Someone else had to send copy of birth cer- I think that was gman...but read  what your letter said....
And my letter also said exactly how they wanted it sent ...Canada( where I am) mine said fed ex and reg mail only.
Others said different things....
I sent in copies of passport, copy of ppr letter ( do not know why they wanted that ...but ok) a paper with my ht, eye and hair color writted on it...2 pics....and a fed ex prepaid envelope ( filled out) my letter gave instructions on how to fill that out.
So it's all GOOD!!!! ....CONGRATS!!!
