So my file's going through Seattle.

And this week I have three missed calls from Washington state area codes. The numbers give busy tones when I call them back. Neither is actually a Seattle number, and the calls I got just now both hung up within half a second of starting to ring, but  it's making me really paranoid anyway. Especially since I don't use my phone much, so three missed calls from numbers I don't know in a week is actually way out of the ordinary. Normally, I'll get maybe one call like this every month or two.

and you're right, he can apply through buffalo since he's a temporary resident


so he can apply outland through buffalo or through the London visa office and give his Canadian address  (so use either the US form or the Western Europe one... . besides what is on the CIC website (suggesting that the London VO is quicker than the Buffalo VO - although this doesn't take into account applicants' nationality in either case, which might be a factor....), maybe it would be worth comparing the forms and the processing Timelines people share here to see what's more convenient and faster for both of you?

 --> maybe look at people timelines below their nicknames more than their spreadsheet because the latter was created very recently (so there's no much info to be found at the moment).

There are pro's and con's to either option so will have most defiantly have to do some research. That is exactly what I needed to know though, so thank you again for all your help!!

Well.. there are a few things still trying to piece together - figure out.  (waiting on FBI thing to arrive and gotta get my meds done)

First, my phone bill that goes back a year, only shows voice records... not text messaging, and we have 1300ish texts between us during that time according to my phone.  I'm not sure how to reflect that.

Second, I wanted to find out about photos.   Do we show photos of people at events we were at even if we're not in the picture since we were at said event and might have pictures of us at the event in other photos?    Also, can we send photos of us alone at events we went to together?  Like, pictures he took of me standing on the dock before we boarded the Segwun in Muskoka, or on the boat... or pictures I took of him during that, or during our times at home, etc?  I mean, they could easily say anyone took them.

And the third thing I'm unsure on...  personal emails.  I really don't want to even share our personal interaction like that, so could I just put the email in WordPad, black out the personal aspects, leave the "lovey dovey" talk stuff and go with that?

Other than that, the things I'm trying to get together is the remaining letters (some are taking a little longer), bank statements from his mom to where she's bought things for me and my cat during the time I was there (I'm getting that the first week of May), and waiting on the confirmation letter to come in the mail for the term life insurance he named me beneficiary for.  And the very last thing, is our personal letters from each of us and printing our bank statements for receipts.

I don't think I'm missing anything else.  It's just down to taking photos to be printed off, printing papers, highlighting entries, and organizing everything I have in folders.

I sent 35-40 Pictures of Us (both of us) over the years...from the wedding first time we met etc in the back of each picture write where, when and who. I did not send our e-mail correspondance as we had way too much personal stuff on there that I did not want to share with the government. I sent skype records, phone records for the last 6 months.My life insurance and pension plan designating him as my beneficiary ( i did not wait for the confirmation letter i just sent the form I filled to do the changes. Do you have any plane tickets, train,bus etc I don't think your mother-in-law buying stuff for you proves that you were there she could have clearly sent it to you! My lawyers office always said that the FBI could be sent after the application but it is a personal choice. Medicals we did them in december and only sent our app mid-february to the lawyers who sent it to revision and then to CPC-March 2nd. As for text message I know that on my bill it shows how many texts i sent and who was my top 5...you can also ask for that information.

Oh the stuff from her bank statements were things that could only be done with me there (Dental work at the local dentist here in Canada, Airline ticket purchases for both he and I (I only have the stubs for my trip back to SC in November and back here to Canada.. she paid for the one earlier in the year for him to come down and me to come back), Vet services for my cat here in Canada, traveler's insurance for my time here, etc.  -- there are things like winter boots purchase, Christmas gifts, etc that is there.. but those are the Canada specific things.

We do have my plane ticket stub round-trip (only one), and my concert ticket from the concert we went to together with 3 of our friends. We have printed email confirmations of purchases for each other, and some solid receipts... and then our bank statements for grocery purchased in Canada, things for each other, etc.

So the 35-40 photos were of you both in the same photo?  We have a lot, haven't counted.. just didn't know if I could send photos we've taken of each other.

Darn, I should have photocopied the beneficiary form we mailed out.

As for texts... it only shows the amount per month, not who the top 5 are or anything ... so I dunno what to do there.   :|  I only have our text records from November to now.. and since we're living together, that's lacking.

I would contact your phone provider I am sure they must be able to do something. I only sent pictures with both of us in it with friends and family etc...you don't want to overwhelm them with too many pictures. My husband was in NC that is so cool...been to SC too! I think your file is pretty complete there! As an example behind the picture I wrote Wedding the date who was in the picture. You would just need the medical and FBI! Why can't you scan or receive the bank statemens by e-mail? I didn't even think of sending credit card stuff...oh well my lawyers said it was good so...it must be!Hope you can send it out soon!
