Since my daughter is also becoming a resident, we decided that the outrageous prices were just to much to warrant a trip for two -- I figured she would have to be present for the landing experience, etc. So, we're going to opt (i.e. hope and pray), that the mail route goes smoothly for us. We go on Friday morning to have pics taken.

In the RPRF receipt, the section for Name Client DOB and Client ID.....whose name and ID should be over there, Sponsor's or the person being sponsored? I am going to fax my receipt to both Buffalo and Mississauga and wanted to know about this. Thanks.

You put the sponsor's name and client ID on the RPRF receipt. But I also put my name (applicant) written in the margin and put one of the buffalo stickers on there too, indicating that it was the buffalo file #. I don't think I had to do that (add my name and buffalo file #), but I wanted to make sure it was matched up with my Buffalo file, so I figured it didn't hurt. But in the spaces you fill in on the form should show the sponsor's information and contact. I just mailed mine (registered mail) and didn't fax them. You should mail it too, in addition to faxing. I should probably have faxed mine also - just to cover all bases. I have never heard anything back from anyone about it, although I didn't expect to.
