I woke up this morning to an etracker email saying my husbands medical had been received and that we have been in process since Nov 25. I am walking a little lighter today.

hi guys just received my letter today it says that i have met the requirements for elegibility as a sponsor  and they send back the original form IMM1344B -SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT im just wondering guys if you receive the same thing? 2 pages explaning the obligations plus the IMM1344B form? congrats to spacey and rola for ne update  |

I have been following this forum for a while now to see if I am keeping up with the timelines. I am sponsoring my husband from the US, and my application was received by CIC on Oct 22. Seeing as most of the timelines here were about 30 days and I have not heard anything, I decided to call CIC today to check on the status of my application. Well, they have told me that my entire application was sent back last week due to missing information, which is disappointing in itself. What makes it worse is that they sent it to a wrong address, which means that it will have to go back to CIC and then mailed back to me if it does not get lost in the process Ugh, I am so mad...best case scenario, it sets us back a couple of months, worst case scenario, we will have to start from scratch  Sorry, just needed to vent... |

I've updated list with all new approvals and in process. Looks like we're moving along quite well. If I've missed anything else out, just let me know. We also seem to have a few outland applications that haven't yet gotten sponsorship approval. If you have it through please let me know so I can keep this updated. Jeff do you know why they've sent back the papers for yet? Have you received them? Kayan, I was going to add you to the list so you can keep track, but it might be best if you get added to the month that you resubmit. Just add in the additional information, at least they'll tell you what it is lacking and keep pushing forward.
