hi guys
my application was received by the cpc-m today{1 NOV}   @   10:44am
i used fedex to send it 
first i want to send it this address
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6
but the fedex empolyee told me they don't accept  P.O.BOX   addredress there's no signutere proof
so i decided to use this address

Courier address (no public drop-offs)
2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 1200
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8
fortunetly it was received today and was signed by agent called G HASAN

hope this was the right address

i know some one signed my package upon delivery but still not sure whether that guy is agent

JMA who would you think it would be  The signature would be your confirmation that the application has been accepted from Fedex to Mississiauga.  I dont believe anyone would be able to tell you anything about your app as it wont be processed for for the next 38 days.  I would just sit back and relax

38 days will take it to the beginning of December.

The current waiting time at CPCM is 38 days for spousal sponsorship approval. they will not send u any letter before that and its highly unlikely that e-cas will be updated

or it's just 38 working days

If you go and have a look at the September thread, you'll get a better idea of how long this takes from real life applications which is probably be best way to gauge how long it takes.

Most of the apps from the September theread have been processed in less than the stated processing times.  Most around 1 month.  So give or take a few days you're looking at the beginning of December.  We all have a bit of a wait ahead of us so best thing to do is take a deep breath and get on with life.  Easier said than doen as I frantically type on an immigration forum while at work lol.

  Okay I have done my crying. This is so stressful. I made a mistake.

On the website it says that your medical exam will be required after you submit your application. I kept seeing here in this forum that everybody sent their medicals before handing in their application. Since I live outside of Canada I figured maybe that was inland.

Anyways I have already written to the embassy, probably tomorrow I will get an answer. I went ahead and called the DMP to see if he might enlighten me with a solution. He clarified the procedure for me for sponsor applications. The upside is that he can give me the paper that is needed to be filed along with the application within the day. I could fed ex everything the next day.

My question is should I just wait because maybe CPC already sent my application package back to me. Or should I risk it and send it by next Monday it could be in Mississauga by Wednesday Nov 9.

CPC Mississauga received my FAM APplication on Oct 14.

Bad day today but tomorrow will be better!!!
