And so its after working hours in Mississauga and almost after work hours in Vergville and so the following is probably the final list of applications in the October thread.

Fantastic to hear that they're up to 28th September, hopefully we might be getting some sponsorship approvals through at the end of next week!

   @     JMA I have been updating this every couple of days, and but if you need it done any more often than that, it might be best if you did it yourself.  You said on 27th October you were going to get your application off the next day, did you end up sending it? If so, can you please let me know when it was recieved and what VO are you going through?

Sorry Wirterfriend, Hihao & GeoShang, but as we've not heard anything else from you this month, I've had to drop you off, if you managed to get it received by CIC before November, just let me know and I'll be happy to put you back on.

If anyone else wants to update the information on here, I've tried to follow everyone's postings confirming when applications were sent/received and which office, but if there is anything else that needs adding/changing let me know and I'll get it done.

it takes more than 22 months one to get PR VISA,  hope my hubby gets his PR soon and my approvel

Don't think there have been any yet.  They're processing applications recieved up to September 27, so I imagine we'll be seeing some soon.  They state 38 days but most from Aug, Sept have been getting through in less than that!

matthewc made an automatic ecas checker that checks ecas everyday for you and as soon as you can log in, it checks it for you and lets you know, so as soon any changes happen you are made aware.

JMA you should sign up for the Ecas tracker and it will let you know when a decision has been made on the sponsorship part of the application.  You wont be able to see anything until then.  Most likely in over a month from now.

As informed before, We were requested to undergo sputum test and another x-ray to show my wife's treated TB (provided proof of treatment with medical) was inactive OR provide an x-ray older than 6 months.

Lucky for us we had an x-ray last year and found it. I went the the DMP in Doha and asked that she send it to Singapore but she would not. However, she thought that I could send it and it may safisfy the Medical Officer-in-Charge. If it does not, then we will add a couple of months onto this process.

So, off to FEDEX at lunch.

I just sent in my application on the 30th. Now the waiting begins. I guess we can all wait together and update each other from time to time. The waiting period is tough and would be a little better if we all have people to talk to. Im just so glad the application is sent off finally. Also, just had a quick question. I grew up in States, so for the police certificate, I just got one from the local police station, where I lived the whole time I was there. Is that okay?

HI my husband is sponsoring me and my visa office is ACCRA GHANA, we have submitted our application october 8 by canada priority post with a tracking number and cic received on the 12 of october 2010, at missuissaga, so we are waiting for my husband approval i hope we get it soon, and i hope we all scale through this rough edges of waiting trial period.

MandiF thanks for the initiative, will keep you up to date, and I did sign up for Ecas, using my old ID, don't know if it works.

I actually included some of the papers I had gathered in my application, hoping to INCREASE my chances, to show i'm not a deadbeat, and that I have worked, and plan to continue to work and pay taxes in Canada (I am obviously on a work permit...
