Almost 3 months at the end of february and no AOR yet Our timeline is almost identical, our application was received on Nov 1st. Still waiting impatiently for our AOR. We're going through Rome and it seems there's no one sharing our same office on this forum. We've been feeling kind of lost lately. Go figure what happened to our application. Hang in there! It seems we're in the same boat. |

My husband received an email from the embassy in Mexico City February 4 attaching the AOR letter. Received a separate email from them the same day asking for a photocopy of valid passport within 15 days. It was included in original application so not sure why this is being requested - sent it in today. Instructions to obtain police certificates are apparently coming by mail. It is a relief to finally see some movement on our file. Anyone else have updates? Best of luck everyone.

Hey Guys,
Decision made this morning on Ecas! I don`t even know it`s negative or positive. I am so so so nervous. We tried to call cic but they didn`t answer the phone, too busy. Do you know how long it takes to get the letter in Canada? Has anyone called the London office after they had the decision made update on Ecas?
By the way they started to process our application on the 7th of February but we could see it just today on Ecas. Medical results are back in the system after they disappeared on the 7th of February.
I am so nervous!!!! I just want to know the result.
What about you, guys? Any news, updates?

Morning all!
Got another eCas update this morning from London. We've apparently been "In Process" since Feb 1st and it now says that they've made a decision. No email about the decision though, so I'm guessing they've posted it to us. 3 days to review and decide seems like a pretty quick turnaround! Hopefully that means they saw our app as very straightforward!!!
It'll be a nervous few days while we wait for the letter...but I'm extremely excited at the moment!
