Great list! Just to update, we received AOR on July 5. Interview scheduled for Aug 24 (although you don't have a category for that, but it's very important for us!)

Since you got PPR has your status on the website been changed?

No.It will probably change next tuesday, however my mailing address has become visible this tuesday, was not there monday. Take in account that i do not live close to bucharest, this could be a reason for them to ask ppr via email . I know  that people who  live in bucharest or close to this city can use drop off box .

 @   Rachel - your decision or PPR should be in the mail by now...hopefully, you should receive it by next week...did u supply ur email on the app....it would save 10 odd days, but then again they do what they please! 

 @ minku9--if chc had sent me PPR it would come next week or else just have to wait. i have given them my email id but i think ND normally sents PPR by postal service...

guys,if by some means the visa office had sent us a PPR and if we dont get it due to some reasons then what would IO do? we would not know if they had sent and hence we cant enquire and the VO would be thinking they had sent and the applicant had not sent their PP. Has anyone gone through these type of situation already? are mail services completely reliable?

Hi! My sponsorship was approved on the 22nd of june.. and they started processing on the 24th of june...
now we are waiting.

I am sure you will have good news on Tuesday 

I am waiting for my VR to be amended and re-issued so I can email it to London..I am now sure I wont receive AOR..The IO will probably not want anymore documents so wont want to send any bar codes LMAO..and if I did send anything they would probably call my Husband to tell him to prevent me from sending anymore

Rachel, I was thinking about this situation when I did not receive PPR for so long. I read somewhere on the forum, maybe it was some other link, that the IO would wait for 30-45 days and would try to contact you via another medium i.e., e-mail, phone, perhaps send out another letter. Hope you have given more options in your app. to contact u! I remember last year, in our previous PR application, I received a letter issued by CHC-ND after 30 days!!!! It was very annoying n frustrating! N it was clearly stated that response should be sent within 30 days!! We rushed to the embassy the next day and were told that they understand these situations and generally give another week or 2 to respond. If they still do not hear anything, they contact you via other means, e-mail, phone, etc.!   Another thought >> Obviously, I though if so much time had passed, I would email the visa office or send out a case specific query online and express concern!! Hope u receive it at the earliest! Good luck! I have a feeling you will receive it the following week for sure!

Rachel - Looking at the timeline, I reckon my sponsor got approved on 18th june n urs was approved on June 22nd! I received PPR day before (July 21st). Hence, u will receive it in the coming week! Keep me posted! =)
