So disappointing...ecas timeline has only moved forward 3 days to May 6 and now it takes 49 days to get 1st stage approved.  That is disappointing!!! So I may not hear until 9th of July now!! Grr! Did someone tell you that over the phone or did you find that info online? Ps. Congrats to those who have received the good news so far! |

Hey guys, my file received there on 7th May so i think in next push i will get number lol but my little fear about PCC coz this delay coz 27th July 3 months will be over about PCC and i don't want they request for new pcc coz it's really crappy process ... any body have idea now after how many day they will be open door for other lot for files?  |

Oh wow... Our application was received May 6 and I can't log into ecas nor did I receive a letter yet. I called monday to check and we couldn't be found in the system yet. Starting to worry... Hopefully a letter is in the mail. Congrats to all that are approved Yes ur rite we r we have the same time frame .......nothing yet is a painful waiting period haha |

Still cant log on to ecas but I only have the receipt number to go by and I think that if I had the case # I think I would be able to. |

are you trying with the sponsor's information? you should be able to check e-cas with that and your receipt number |

are you trying with the sponsor's information? you should be able to check e-cas with that and your receipt number

my hubby is sponsoring our new born baby who was born in india...i am PR holder. hope our baby gets PR soon.
we sent our appln on may 17 and it was received on may 19. still no news from CIC. GOOD LUCK TO EVRY1.

That is what I am using but it is still not giving me anything.
Ecas was activated today! Woo whoo. It said decision was made on the 14th just like the lady on the phone said. Wonder how long it will take to ge the letter. |

I checked E-cas today and it says DECISION MADE: "We received your application to sponsor XXX on May 7, 2010. We sent you a letter on June 14, 2010 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us." I hate that it doesn't tell you the decision!! But I'm assuming it's positive or else they would ask for more info -- right??? Since we both live together in South America and mail is SUPER slow, I expect the mail delay to be a couple of weeks....but at least we're moving ahead!!!! this is great news for everyone in the MAY group  good luck to everyone. p.s. I used my name (sponsor) and the receipt number. |

So finally may people are getting results on the ecase, so as per thread we have reached for 7 may applications.. cool...
mine will be quite at the end, as i send my application in end of may..
Now Cic site says, Application recieved up to 6 May - 49 days...

Just as a note I did not send the option C print out however i sent a letter from my employee and 3 months worth of weekly pay stubs and a letter explaining why i did not send it.
