In regard to your message ,Buffalo is just.. terrible. I emailed them my address change and they disregarded it. I never got an AOR in the mail.. they sent me an email, but it was the wrong form letter, the one for FSW class! Now I've been approved and ecas just changed today to say that medical results were received, lol.

Dont email them your address jsut updated on the website where you check your ecas status where it says change of address after you log in your info and changes will be made within 15 days according to the website however mine got updated after four days to the correct new address.

I did both. I sent an email to buffalo informing the Buffalo visa office of my address change and I filled out the online address change form for Mississauga. Ecas only got updated when I sent the address change form to Mississauga. I sent the address change form to Mississauga first and within a few days my address was updated on Ecas. Then I emailed Buffalo to change my address with them too. I got no response from them.

This is a theory, but I think that Mississauga and Buffalo don't talk to one another about address changes, thus I felt better doing both informing them of my address change.

I mailed out my passport from the US this morning! I wanted to send it from here so I could use the express mail to have it returned and have the tracking both ways, etc. I also need to get stuff together for my vehicle, and the title and everything was here. I also miss home

Hopefully I'll get my PP back in a week or two! I want to land and have all of this behind me!

Cool My final processing was in NYC, so you may want to have that on there next time.

I mailed my PP on Thursday, Priority Mail with signature confirmation and tracking, but the tracking has yet to say anything except that I dropped it off! I've read up some and they say that they often don't bother to scan the tracking codes at post offices/facilities... so I'm so glad that I paid extra for that!

Thanks for your kind words. But I don't see that happen. She cleaned out my bankaccount. My clothes she donate to the Salvation Army and another man has entered her life. And she is getting the refund for PR fees aswell.

Our plan was to do an inland application. I quit my job, house and moved to Canada. I however made a mistake by shipping some householdgoods. Since that was considered jumping the gun I was given a removalorder. that was hard on the relationship. My wife visited me twice since I was returned a few months ago and things seemed to go OK. The (now outland) process including the ARC went faster then expected. But the waiting and not knowing the exact timeframe was too hard on my wife.
This website helps people to better understand what they are up against. It is hard to be apart from the one you love and going through the process. Maintaining a LD relationship is tough.
I hope all you guys out there find what you are looking for, together with your lovedones.
