I have a question, is it OK to send back the "passport, appendix A, pict & NBI" beyond 30 days after recieving the PPR?
May nakalagay kc sa letter na "You must respond w/ in 30 days of this letter"
ang problema ko mag expire na un 30 days sa July 28 pero makukuha ko un NBI clearance on Aug. 2.

YES...I sent ours more than 20 days (forgot the exact time) beyond the 30-day period....You'll just have to accept that your visa will also be delayed....they only give you that "period" for you to comply early...

@ CYBERMICS Ganun ba ang sabi sa letter niyo? Edi sige ganun na lang ang sundin mo. Fill up ka for each family member. Samin kasi isang LC2 copy lang un nsa amin. |

Kuya edwin ask lang nahuhuli ba padalhan ng letter ung mga nasa canada for interview. Naiinip na kasi si misis eh. gaanokatagal kaya bago sila mainterview kaya.

ANYWAY ETO PO QUESTION KO SANA PO MAY MAGANDANG LOOB NA SUMAGOT AGAD... HEHEHE  I RECEIVED LC2 FORM AT YUNG MGA IBA PANG FORMS THAT NEED TO BE FILLED-UP AND REQUEST FOR SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS FROM CANADIAN EMBASSY DITO SA ATIN (PI) TPOS NAKALAGAY DUN I MUST SUBMIT THOSE WITHIN 60 DAYS... THE LETTER WAS DATED MAY 20, 2010 TPOS RECEIVED NG POST OFFICE NG MAY 25, 2010, TPOS PO NAKUHA KO SYA SA POST OFFICE NG MGA LAST WEEK NG MAY... 28 YATA YUN O FIRST WEEK NG JUNE... FORGOT KO NA PO EH... SO NGAYON KO LANG PO NAKUMPLETO AS IN NOW LANG LAHAT NG DOCS NEEDED TPOS I WILL SEND IT VIA LBC LATER AFTER WORK TODAY SA CANADIAN EMBASSY - MANILA. in my opinion sa May 20, isa p d nmn nila alam kung kelan mo marereceive yan hindi nkadepende sa post office. Kya May 20, pasa mo na and join kna sa waiting game, pwede rin b pashare ng timeline from the time pinasa ng husband mo, tnx and goodluck!

@ cybermics & mydesire: thanks so much for answering... i just hope okie lang yun kasi im almost week delayed sa pagpasa...  ill post my time line once i got the details from my husband. ibang case kasi ung sa amin eh... actually, when my husband applied for OWP and PR he didnt include us (me and my 2kids) in the application (for some deep reason  ) pero ayun nga i still got a letter from the Embassy (Manila) with forms and list of requirements to comply... accdg to the Embassy we still need to comply whether we are accompanying him or not. then they will give us medical instruction afterwards...tpos i just read sa isang site eto: "All your family members must pass medical and background checks, whether they are accompanying you or not. You (sponsor) cannot be granted permanent resident status until all your family members have passed their medical and background checks." So, i complied naman then i sent it last July 27, 2010. for sure it's with them na (Embassy-Manila) coz i sent it thru LBC. I wanna know po kung paano ko malalaman if they really received it na... are they going to send me letter o email? Tpos sa case ko nga po, na di naman kami included sa application ng husband ko at ngayon lang sya nag-decide na i- push and application namin eh gaano po kaya kadali  ang hihintayin namin ...?
