Kung meron naman po siyang OPEN WORK PERMIT na, she just need to apply for Re-entry VISA (TRV) para nga walang hassle sa pagbalik nya dito. Kaya lang po in your case kasi wala kayong idea kung kailan sila tatawag sa wife nyo for an INTERVIEW pra sa PRV...unlike po doon sa mga recent applicants, may lead ng 6-7months 1st stage then another 6months for the release of PRV. Kya mahirap nga din po makipagsalaparan in ur case esp. naghintay na din po kau ng matagal eh,sayang naman if she will miss the interview...

u're right! so better, na maghintay muna kami sa PPR, then Visa bago sya bakasyon d2 sa pinas and then sabay na kmi travel pabalik pra 'di ako mahihirapan sa 3 kids ko pg travel,

Oi Guys. Kasama pa ako dito sa LC2 at nako, nakaparami natin for sure. Ung iba siguro na ha-hassle sa pagbabasa at pag rereply. Bale EDWIN ok nb application niyo? Kami recently lang nag progress. 3 years mahigit ang proseso sa amin. Na submit na namin passports namin kanina so waiting na lang kami for it to arrive to us with the visa na. Musta nga application niyo guys? Wala ba tayong parang ONLINE group para pwedeng mag chat ng live?

sino ba sa inyo nka uwi d2 sa pinas while PR application is on process?

Nagbakasyon po asawa ko last May at bumalik sya June 7.  My open permit na sya at medicals done. Advice ng wife ko kung gusto nya uwi dpat my open permit na sya at letter from the employer stating na magbabakasyon lang sya at babalik din sa kanila.  Ano po ang status nya sa E-cas? Kc kung medicals receive at DM na sya malapit na schedule for an interview.. Ask ko lang po kelan po keo nagmedical ulit?

correct po para nmn worth the wait yes, save nlng po nya ung pang-airfare dpt nya ngayon pra masundo kau dyan soon & wow, u will finally b reunited!!! let's just be positive & hope for the Best! God knws what's BEST FOR US! God bless us ALL!

pareho keo ng wife ko medicals receive at DM na rin sya.... hopefully for interview na keo... ask ko lang kelan nagpamed husband mo? in process din kc kami ecas... waiting for PPR....

ask ko lng po, hinintay po ba muna ng wife nyo OWP nya tpos nag-apply sya ng RE-ENTRY VISA d2 bago sya umuwi dyan???
pagbalik po nya dito, wala nmn sya naging problem sa Immigration sa Airport??? upon entry??? Plan ko din po kc umuwi after rcvng my OWP by NOV. (God willing!)

 ako po yung wife ni airman21, dumating ang OWP ko nung March and then umuwi ako nung May 8.yung re entry ko sa pinas na ko kumuha kc kung dto ka pa kukuha kelangan send mo pa sa Buffalo New York or punta ko dun but you will need a U.S. visa.sa pinas naman eh 5 working days lng kuha ka ng form sa embassy taz kuha ka ng managers cheque sa any bank taz me tatawagan kang number at pipick up nila yung mga requirements mo and then ibabalik din nila sau.bayad ka lng ng 350 pesos para sa pick up.ala ka magiging problem sa airport or immigration as long as me letter ka from your employer.san ka ba dto sa canada kc ako from toronto.

 @ alpha pwd ko po ba malaman ano po ung mga requirements na hiningi ng immigration sa hubby mo??

i am also applying dn po kc for pr with my hubby en 2kids sa pinas..just wanna be ready lng po sa mga documents na hihingin ng immigration just in case..

ipaready mo na sa kanya yung marriage contract,birth cert nilang mag ama(lahat from NSO).nbi ng hubby mo,photos 3 copies each clang mag ama,photocopy ng passport nila.san ka ba dto sa canada kase I have a copy of the application form at spouse/partner questionaire na matatanggap nila sa pinas.dto ako sa toronto.

wla nmn pong problema kung magbabakasyon yung caregiver, basta lng mangunguha po sya ng reentry visa, aq nga nagbakasyon kapapasa ko lng ng application ko. kaya lng bka habang nsa pinas si misis kung uuwi sya sa pinas eh bgla nmn syang kontakin ng immgration.

If you go on a vacation outside of Canada, you are not automatically deemed ineligible for permanent residence under the Live-in Caregiver Program. However, it is important to note that if you leave Canada while your application is being processed, we cannot guarantee that you will be allowed to re-enter. Each time you re-enter Canada you will need to be re-assessed and meet all eligibility criteria for entering the country.

What can affect your application?

Your application is affected if:

    * you, your spouse or common-law partner, or any of your family members have a criminal record or a serious medical problem.
    * you did not provide truthful information about education, training or experience to the visa officer when you first applied under the Live-In Caregiver Program, your application can be cancelled.

What cannot affect your application

Your application is not affected by your financial situation, skills upgrading in Canada, volunteer work, marital status or the number of family members you have in your home country.

Hi!!! sorry, just read ur reply now, thanks po!!! I'll do that! dito din po ako sa Toronto. April 28 po na-rcv ng CIC ung PRV & OWP APPLICATION ko. How abt u? ano po time line nyo???
