Stage 1 LC1 (You) - 17 to 18 months upon filing, as of latest update CIC Canada
Stage 2 LC2 (Your Family dependents) - 17 months CEM Manila
Pagkakaalam ko po stage 1 pareho yan, evaluation/investigation of LC1 and LC2. Kasi pag nagkaproblema sa LC2, laglag lahat pati LC1 - pauuwiin na siya. Kasama dito yung OWP which indicates initial approval of sponsor. Yung PPR ang last step sa stage 1. Pag hindi satisfactory or may conflicts sa application forms ng LC2 and LC1, babalikan nila yung LC1 and even LC2 for more/other information. At this point, CIC can move to deny the application kung hindi sila convinced sa truthfulness ng mga info. Stage 2 is final decision / finalization. Means wala na problema sa docs ng LC1 and LC2, maghihintay na lang kung kailan magiissue ng LC1 landing interview, then later LC2 visa. This stage largely depends on the scheduling by CIC and also the visa quota. The quota is international, not by country kaya mahirap mapredict kung ilan ba ang pilipino na makakasama sa batch. And CIC also decides kung ilan bawat category ng visa. Family class is only one among them. Meron din kasi yung priority/urgent na siya pang nagpapagulo kung ilan ang paghahatihatian ng ibang categories. |

thanks po. Lahat po ba talaga e nareremedical? baka po maging 2013 pa mareceive ang visa kung sakali.
matagal tagal pla talaga na paghihintay. Ilang months po ba ang stage 2? thank u po
@ Okidoki, Hindi naman cguro lahat na-reremedical kasi depende pa rin talaga sa CIC kung kelan ma-approved si LC1. kasi kung valid pa naman yun medical mo at na-aaproved na si LC1,d ka na magreremedical. Don't think negative na 2013 pa, basta isipin mo lagi na darating na with prayer... God bless  |

Depende talaga cguro sa VO na may hawak ng papel natin kasi ang inaantay talaga cguro ng sa akin d2 ay yung nasa CIC Canada kasi 1 year na din yung passport ko sa CEM ngayong April. Sept.2010 ako nagpasa ng Application ko...

D talaga ako nakatulog kagabi, umaga na ako nakatulog sa kakatingin sa cel sa may calendar haha! kasi iniisip ko kasi pati yung pagreresign ko eh alam naman natin na 1 month yan,matagal din hehe, Malapit na rin sa inyo pre antay antay lang, kasi nafefeel mo na eh ganun din ako last month lang na nagpost ako d2 na nafe-feel ko na...

walang balita kuya.. im guessing matatagalan pa to.. la ngang letter for remed,, matanong ko lng sa lahat ng nagremed na nareceive na ung mga visa, ilang months nyo nareceive ung passport nyo together with the visa? counting from the time you had your remedical.. ask ko lng.. tnx sa makakasagot..  |
