hi!

         ganun pa rin, wlang ktaposang " In process"
 musta nmn sa inyo?
 mtagal na ako di nag visit sa ecas, sabi nila d nm tlga accurate ang ecas,
what i did now is, binigyan ko ng cp# ung postman nka assigned pra ma txt ako agad and i will drop by sa post office. so far so good, nka 3 letters na ako na di nka pag overnight sa post office. try nyo rin, it's a good idea.

          ecas is working for me kuya..kc last week (april 14) na update un akin frm in process to desicion made..
          taz nung thursday april 22 update din nla un surname ko frm single to married surname..
     
          pro until know dko machek sa ecas un application ng husband ko...

Mine also says "in process". Actually hindi ko na ito tinitingnan dati pa kasi alam kong hindi updated. But my wife's eCAs is updated every step of the process. Baka dito lang sa pinas hindi nila ina-update. (Just a thought)

nag punta kmi sa surigao city short vcation lng 5 days.  
try mo verify ung IF# nya double check mo lang. imposible nman kung sa name at B-date ang mali kya di mo ma OPEN ung file.

Thanks for the welcome. Siguro relieved na ako since dumating na request at hindi nagkaproblema processing namin, but still waiting pa rin. Until I finally see the visa in my passport, siguro dun ko talaga masabi na the wait is over...Right now actually I'm waiting for the SPA that my wife sent for the renewal of passport of my stepson. She just sent it Monday and according to FEDEX it would take 3-4 days daw..Hopefully I get it by Thursday para sa Friday makapunta na ng DFA to renew..Then, wait again for the releasing of passport before I can send it to the Embassy, then wait again.............................

Reminders again to those who are still holding the green passport, RENEW it now even if the expiry is on 2012 to avoid the hassle that I am facing now...

good day!

kakatapos ko lang basahin lahat ng posts, parang medyo nakakahiya po atang magpost kasi feeling ko ako pinaka bata dito. hehehe. Im 21y/o eh ung mga nandito may mga asawa na. pero sana you can also help me regarding our application. mother ko po iyong nag sponsor samin, spouse and 3 dependent children. But my problem is 21 na ako, i graduated in college last year pa, tapos last sem nag enrol ako for masteral lang. I dont have any work kasi un sabi ng mom ko. Ok pa rin po b un? Considered dependent child parin kaya ako?

eto po pala timeline namin:
May 18, 2009 - ECAS: IN PROCESS na
SEptember- may kulang daw sa personal history ng dad ko un simula 18 y/0 sya. so ayun pinasa namin agad, though im skeptical kasi sure akong complete ung info na nilagay namin doon
March- we received our medical request
Last week of March- Medical forwarded to CEM

sa mga nakita ko sa thread nato, ung mga nagmedical nong january wala pa din narereceived na PPR so baka matagal p nga kami. Pero my mom already decided na wag na daw kami mag enrol next school year..  is it a good decision or it would be better kung mag eenrol pa ulit? eh ang 1 sem p namn ng kapatid ko nasa 40thou.. hmmm

Just my opinion. It's better that you continue your studies. May ikwento lang ako and maybe you can get idea from this.

A friend's friend and his siblings were sponsored by their parent (not sure if it's the mother). The friend of my friend was able to migrate but the brother was denied. As per their story, the brother that was denied stopped his school while the brother that was approved continued his study up until their visa was released. Just a story I got and not conclusive whether it's the schooling that caused that denied application. Both the brothers were in high school at the time.

In my case, though I know that we are very very close, my wife and I still plan to enroll our son if we haven't received the passport request. Fortunately, we received it this April so now we decided not to enroll our son.

Additional personal history was also requested from me, from 18 years old to present.

thank you for the reply. That's what i'm telling my mom but she's insisting that if everything will turn out as planned, we will be able to fly before the year ends. i'll try to talk to her again about it. I'm just hoping that PPR will be sent to us soon.

May tinatawag na lock in age, pero mas maganda siguro kung patuloy na estudiyante ka para masiguro and don't get married yet.

Hindi ko pa maisend passport namin sa Embassy for the visa. I tracked the SPA and consent sent by my wife for passport renewal of my stepson at sa Friday pa ang dating, meaning sa Monday pa kami makapagparenew, kaso Holiday pala sa Monday. Another delay..

Advice sa lahat, lagi magbasa ng thread for early info.

hello again. what will happen next after our medical reports are forwarded to the embassy? sa mga nabasa ko kasi, need muna ma acquire ng principal sponsor iyong permanent residency niya before the embassy will request for our passports. is this always the case? mga ilang months pa kaya un.. hay....

ung additional information sa personal history after 18 y/o sa sponsor lang ba (sa mom) ko or kasama pati kami ng dad ko? Thank you very much sa lahat.

I guess it depends where your sponsor filed their application. Pero napansin ko halos pareho kami ni Gewo. Pareho kami nag second medical dahil nag expire na yung una. I received our passport request on April 22, 2010, our second medical was on October 10, 2010. Though I think mabagal itong sa amin kasi nakatanggap pa muna ang wife ko ng letter last January 2010 na "NON-ACCOMPANYING PARENT Form" (for my stepson's biological father) and it took us 2 weeks bago kami nakapag comply. Siguro kung hindi na nagrequest ng consent sa biological father, baka mas maaga ang passport request namin..
