i agree...actually yung friend ko eh 3 months all in all lang yung processing ng pagkuha nya sa wife nya. may new application process daw ang sponsorship at mas mabilis...krarating lng ng visa ng wife nya kanina...pag naiisip ko to...i can't help but to feel disappointed. pero wala nmn tayo magagawa dahil ganun tlaga ang processing time nila...ang maggawa nlng natin eh magdasal at maghantay.

wag nlang natin isipin yung processing ng iba, importante buo p rin pamilya natin kahit gaano kahirap malayo sa pamilya, isipin nlang natin malapit na matapos paghihirap at darating din mga visa natin in God's time, sa lahat d2 sa forum BE STRONG! GOD HAS HIS OWN WAY AND HE IS GOOD ALL THE TIME! |

Date ng kit yan kaya abang ka lagi sa post office sa mga letters mo from embassy usually dyan ang delay. Also post mo timelines mo pra may idea ang ibang forum members dito sa case mo. |

Ginawa mo kaming abogado haha - in my opinion kung sino ang authorised ng parents at capable of taking care of the kids so sa case mo yung sis/bro ng applicants since kayo ang capable to handle such in a legal matter sabi sa wiki A legal guardian is a person who has the legal authority (and the corresponding duty) to care for the personal and property interests of another person, called a ward. Usually, a person has the status of guardian because the ward is incapable of caring for his or her own interests due to infancy, incapacity, or disability. Most countries and states have laws that provide that the parents of a minor child can designate who shall become the child's legal guardians in the event of death. |

spousal sponsorship nga po apply namin... medyo mabilis naman po naapproved... yun visa lng yung medyo matagal.... d ko nga alam kung bakit... pero ang alam 2-3 mos daw wait ko for release of visa... for now 2 mos plng... sana this march na dumating... still praying for it.... kaw po ba visa nlng din wait mo? |

nkakalungkot tlaga..pumunta ng embassy si papa kanina pero wlang nangyari..kelangan dw tlga namin mgremedical..i know God has its own plan for all of us..someday mgiging buo rin pamilya namin..nkakalungkot lng coz we expect too much na nkakaalis kmi before expiry ng medical namin..Pray pray and pray yan lng mgagawa natin sa ngayon..
