humingi na ng tulong sa mp si misis, kaya lng december n kaya n late na. Tigas kasi ulo sinabihan ko na nun pa na humingi ng help sa mp. Puro trabaho iniisip eh. Interview nya is feb 16 pa. Exp. med namin is 15, cgurado remed n kami panibagong gastos n nman ito. Congrats s may visa na.

Actually, this is the exactly the same question na naiisip ko palagi. I don't know if nagkaroon na ng ganitong case. Kaya it always makes me think na they would not allow na maexpire ang medical given na PR na ang principal. But still this is a very good question na pwedeng mangyari. Yun nga lang I really don't have a concrete answer on this. I'm not sure din na they will retract the current permanent residence status of the principal if this happens. |

to all... nakareceived ako letter from the embassy today mgreremedical ako then after ng remedical ko padala ko na daw passport ko n photos...bkit ganoon eh sa may 26,2011 pa expiration ng medical ko which is 3 mos. pa from now...may ganun b na case...then yung wife ko(LC1) nka receive na also ng letter na mgprepare na ng money for the RPRF.
Pero dapat pa remedical muna ako bgo ko ipass yung passport ko.
ano b yan gastos na namn...

Well if ganyan case mo probably may problem yung first medical mo - thats why you need to do a re-medical - you need to clear that to the CEM - go to embassy at inquire mo why you need to do a re-medical if your first medical has no problem. In my opinion the embassy will not ask you to do that unless there is a problem so better ask them why you need to do that again. |

Whats up with all these Re-medical?? Ang alam ko they wouldn't ask for PPR if ok ang medical. So dapat wala nang prob.. Unfair naman sainyo yun.. :/

Another reason kya ka pinagremedical is that d na aabot medical mo sa visa since mag PPR ka pa lng kya nga siguro remedical tapos send mo passport. |
