pwede ko malaman kung kelan nainterview at nag PR ang wife mo? kasi based from the PPR letter nakadepend largely sa processing ng principal ung VISA nating mga LC2. usually sa nakikita ko d2 sa thread minimum 3 weeks and max ung 1.5 - 2 months after mag PR ang principal eh dumadating na yung VISA ng LC2. In my opinion dapat mabilis nlng kung PR na ung principal kasi bayad na rin yung RPRF not unless may othe reasons. natry mo na ba magfollow up?
- I agree once na interview na principal applicant (LC1) or if the applicant is already PR - then they will inform CIC-Manila that they should close the dependent (LC2) case and issue the VISA - critical ang time ksi the VISA should be issued before the medical expired otherwise you will need to undergo another medical.
Remember the validity of the VISA is vis-a-vis dun sa validity ng medical.
So dapat mag-followup sa embassy and ask them why they havent issue the VISA

@ balantacan IN PROCESS pa rin status ko til now. Im hoping na darating din yung gift ng Embassy sa atin before the year ends. Konting pasensya na lang at darating na siguro sa malapit na hinaharap. You can visit the Canadian embassy sa Makati (if you can) meron dun followup form - Fill up mo tapos drop it dun sa dropbox sa ground floor ng embassy.

correct. I was reviewing the PPR letter nga pala na I got kanina. As per the letter, you can already follow-up your VISA status to them once na nag PR na yung principal mo or nakapagbayad na ng RPRF. Di na need na hantayin ung beyond 15 months. So ang trigger tlaga is yung pag PR ng principal at pagbayad ng RPRF. Good luck sa atin! |
