Yeah they might not be increasing timeline but may they are updating many applications so they have temporarily stopped giving online status.

This is off their website...NOTE: Due to regular maintenance, CIC online services will not be available Sunday, October 2, 2011, from 8:00 a.m. EST to 2:00 p.m. EST.
So Maybe they started early?

Just want to give you guys update I got sponsorship approval letter this afternoon, filed my application on July 15.

That's quick I am still waiting and applied July 11.  that 78 + days now for me.
