Mel_R, if you refer to the letter they send when the sponsorship application is approved, I've seen is normally sent on the day they approve sponsorship, and they may also email you a notice, have you received that email yet? If not, it may take a couple of weeks to get to your mailbox.
Please keep us posted. Thank you I'm keeping an eye on my email and atm moment I'm calling immigration Canada Hold time 10 mins. I'll keep you posted ! |

So they were 0 help. The guy on the phone just kept telling me they are working on applications from June 30th and havent started July yet. I told him People in July have been getting emails confirming theyve been approved. He said he didnt know anything about that and that theyre just working on June 30ths now.  I also asked him if he can put on my file that I wanted to be notified by email he told me he doesnt do that.... ahhhhhh |

I also want to request them to correspond with me via email and I wrote to visa office asking the same, they replied -- "You may contact our office with your full name, date of birth, country of birth and file reference number and we can make note that you wish to have any correspondence sent to you by email." But I dnt have file ref no. yet, so in this case is it possible by any way to request Mississauga offc for email correspondence? Thanks |
