thats eems weird that they would tell you on the email that it has now been transfered to the VO tending to your application and then take 30 days to do it, doesnt make sense to me. Plus if you ook at the spreadsheets, it shows on there that they recieved peoples applications at the london office within days of them getting sponsor approval.
I dont believe what they say anyway, i phoned up 2 days after I had sponsor approval and they said it hadnt been approved yet, then hubby calls and they say it has and an email was sent 2 days before.

I think they work from a script like most call centres, but its not always updated with the correct info.
