My understanding is that when they request further information, they put a "bring forward" date onto your file for when they review it again. Even if you send the information immediately, if the bring forward date isn't for 2 months, they won't look at it until then. I could be wrong about this, but that's what people have said in other threads. 

Thanks for the information Kaycee1 but ugggggh, that doesn't give me warm and fuzzy feelings we might be done soon. Has anybody indicated how much additional waiting they had to do? Now I'm worried, we were hoping to land in July...

Congrats to all the successful applicants in the house! I landed in Canada May 27 2011, spent about 1hour to go through immigration for clearance and I must say it was an easy one compared to what I read on this forum. I applied for my Sin but yet to apply for my health care card.

I am still trying to adjust to the weather as its cold though I am told the weather is good now compare to winter.(I dont want to even imagine that). Scouting for jobs now and I hope I get one soooooooooooooon also looking forward to having lots of fun with my hubby after a long while

 @ Kaycee1, i noticed you got my timing wrong. decision made is 04/04/2011 and landed is 27/05/2011. kindly effect correction

PLS help

I need to send my documents to London immig. office they required. Do you know which one address is correct.
Does anyone knows how long it takes till they look on those additional documents. Anyone with similar experience?

Good news! We got our PPR today!

So the update is:

In Process: June 2
Interview Waived: June 6
Decision Made: June 6

We'll drop the passport off in person this week and hopefully be landing in Vancouver in time for the best part of summer! Will update once we have a landing date, time to start shopping for tickets! :-)

My husband finally landed June 4 ...Immigration has got to be one of the most interesting, most enlightening experiences I have ever been through ...and it has finally come to an end ...Pearson was so easy ...1/2 hour and he was out of there ...Immigration officer asked if he was immigrating, told him to take a seat, they called him in, told him to sign his PR papers and said welcome to Canada ...Thank you to everyone that helped us through ...your support and answers to all our concerns was so helpful ...Good luck to everyone that is still waiting ..

Hi everybody. I am glad January applicant are getting done fast. Yay!

As for me ... former January applicant now an April one...there is news too...Embassy in Vienna has sent me an email stating they have received our application on May 24th. So congratulations to all January-is and keep my fingers crossed for a fast reply for me too.

I am very happy for all of the people that are starting to get their Passport Requests and In Progress! I just don't understand why so many are from April and even May! what happened to December, January and February groups??
