@ shandymoo, im waiting for the PPR to arrive. In Manila, the embassy will ask for it and yes at the very end.  how about there? Congrats!
I heard New Delhi send out PPR before they process an application instead of most of the other offices which ask for it at the very end.

We got our letter today, but it was issued on Feb 17th.
Sponsor eligibility approved, application forwarded to Rome.
Can't login to e-cas yet.
