Hi guys
My file has been transfered to sydney this week from Mississauga.
Just wondering if anyone is also applying through sydney as i can see all other offices in forum but not sydney .
Does anyone know if sydney office is fast in processing applications or will take longer time ?

Hi
I am not sure about FAM category visa but for my FSW its already been more than 6 months since sent full docs and still in process... But may be the FAM visa are a bit faster provided sponsorship and supporting docs...are in order

I was wondering the same thing, am applying through Sydney, Aus also. I found this pretty helpful, who knows if it's actually correct though. (For some reason I can't post links here, so add www)

Yep we're going through Sydney - haven't reached the in-canada processing stage yet though, so who knows? Six months is the median time, ish, seems like forever!

I can see my ecas update from not available to in process
My sponsorship was approved on 29 june and sydney received my file on 6 july with in one week.
I hope to hear some good news by next month

Good news - Sydney processing times have decreased a little! they are now 3-5-6-8 months instead of 3-5-7-9. Yayyyyyy!

as you know mine is already in process and they just need NZ PCC to process my application.My wife is coming from canada this wed to spend some time with me and i hope i will get ans by than.
