DNT, Yes it is the right time for you to send a CSE and you should get a reply
as it has been 9 weeks and no contact from CHC ND and no PPR/File #
They will let you know the file # by email or tell you what is happening.

hi......my husband got a call from nd to redo his medical as the previous medical results got expired on 3rd june......do they send back the passport by post or courier(blue dart)?to redo medical?
I forgot the name of the applicant but someone did it recently as CHC ND sent him the PP and a letter asking him to re do the medicals. Since they are dispatching a PP i would assume that they will send it through the same Registered Post service they use to send out the Visa. |

On second thought, do they even send the PP if they ask you to re-do medical?
I know u need a PP but since the consulate is holding it i guess the letter to re-do medicals will be enough..
Not sure, i can see both scenario's happen.

If I recall correctly, it's meateater who got the passport back to re-do the medicals. Cheers!! I forgot the name of the applicant but someone did it recently as CHC ND sent him the PP and a letter asking him to re do the medicals.

@ DNT2003 Fprince is right. It's time to send a CSE through MP. They might have missed the last e-mail and a CSE through MP will wake them up. DNT, Yes it is the right time for you to send a CSE and you should get a reply

You are right...it was meateater...and they sent his PP back for Medicals. I also remember them sending a form(IMM...) along and the doctor's office sent it directly to ND. He didn't get a copy for himself. @ fprince I believe you do need your PP to re-do medicals. |

I have been following this thread.. wanted to be a part of it and want to share the info with you all....
Well I am also in the queue as i have been waiting for my wife's visa... PPR was on 15th March 2011 and the PP was sent to ND on 7th April 2011 with additional documents and photos....

Don't worry abt it...2-3 mnths must be their stndrd processing time. I remember meateater going for the medicals not too long ago..( a mnth and a half may be) and he already got his visa!!! |

Hi welcome to the Famous ND thread It could take anywhere from 2 weeks - 4 mnths usually. Mostly depends on ur luck and partly on ur case. Good luck!!! But looks like u received ur PPR a little later than usual. I would think you should get it anytime since ur already into ur 5th mnth of process. |

Thx Brin for the prompt reply... As I was worried ... I have seen people who has applied after me and they got the visa.
