March 17 recieved my app June 25 recievd approoval July 2 PP request July 6 pp sent Aug 23 e-mailed them Aug 25 got reply that file is pending final review Sept. 13 Got Passport With VISA  .. finally wait is over was tough one Good luck to All |

I dont think ND office will be closed tomorrow bcoz independence day was today. And all the government offices dont have any holiday tomorrow.only government schools will be closed.So hopefully they are working tomorrow. |

Hey Folks,
My wife just received FBI Record (No Record of Criminal) from FBI CJIS Division, West Virginia, U.S.A. We did not have opportunity to attach FBI Record with our sponsorship application. My wife, sponsorship has approved and file already transferred to New Delhi, India for PR processing.
My query to our thread members, Is it in our best interest to courier my wife FBI Record to New Delhi, India? Any comment on is greatly appreciate.
FBI record applied FBI on June 14, 2010 and received August 13, 2010.

abcone!! You can send the FBI record when your wife is requested to send her passport.with passport request letter they request for police clearance and fee and also mention that it should be sent as a package.They need it when processing starts for background and criminal checks.hope it helps........GOOD LUCK |

2 weeks over for today since my sponsorship got approved and my husband received sponsorship letter on 10thAug2010. I am yet to hear something from ND office .. didn't receive AOR still??
i am little bit worried .. is anybody undergoing the same with ND office?? i am very tensed too ..
