Dilneet i have sent them mail twice,on first mail i got the same revert,and when i sent them the second mail regarding TAT for visa processing they said it is 6 months
when did you get response of your first mail? |

i sent them the first mail on 9th july to shich they reply on 19th confirming that they have recived my pp and medical and my file is under file review with the officer and this will take few days....than i again sent them a mail on 8th to which i got a reply on 9th that the max processing time for pnp is 6 months from the date we have started working on the file

Ya, I agree with dilneet! Since its been 5 weeks now, it won't hurt to email them to find out what's going on. Lets us know the outcome please! Good Luck!
dont worry i will for sure let you all know the outcome... im going to e-mail them now i just checked online it says "In Process" still  .. im going to email them now and hope to get reply as soon as possible and update here as i get the reply.. thanx for all the support. my wife sent the passport since july 6 and DHL said it will be there the next day... so expecting that passport is there since july 7... so its been over a month and no reply yet... so will tell ya wat they say after... thanx again to all of u.. keep supporting eachother and dont let go the hope.. im hanging in there since Marh .. still in line.. |

Its been more than a week since CHC received my baby's PP...I dont know how long will they take to issue visa to my baby!! they dont have to do any background checks,relationship genuiness(as in d case of spouse)...I just wonder why they take much time...he is just a baby why cant they understand that the parents frustration of staying away and growing up a baby....My hubby misses each and every moment of being with my baby,its so precious moments and we cant get them back...I know i am gettin impatient but cant help it....I think i made a blunder of delivering in India whereas my baby could have been a canadian citizen if born in canada...but what to do theres no use cryin over spilled milk...sorry guys just pouring out n relieving myself.....  I agree! The process should be lightening fast for dependents. There should be no reason for delay as no background checks and relationship proofs are required for a baby. The only doc. essential is a birth certificate and that should be it! I can't imagine how u and your husband must be feeling! Here's hoping its fastest for u and the coming week brings u good news!!!! But till then there's no choice but to be patient! Have a great weekend and Happy independence day TO ALL! |

Xyrus,Thanks a lot for your soothing reply!!! you always rock by giving prompt and valuable replies and hence you have no negative rating and I also pray that you dont have any negatives in your live as well...I am a little impatient because i went through the similar thing last year after getting married and waiting for spousal visa....and this year too the same thing,u know its pretty frustrating...but i chose this path and none is to b blamed...well,i really wish you get yours soon sinec i know its very hard to stay away from spouse as i have gone through it already! Happy independence day to you as well...let this independence provide my dependent child with VISA !!! |
