Yes Panda, lets see when we are getting PPR. i have feeling that they would post the PPR at the same day of ecas updated. if they have received the applications on Jan 24 but site got updated today which means after posting the PPR they have updated the information.
let's ask other folks if ND also update the info about PPR have been post the dated on the site.
Please advise..

Its states that Application has been received on 24 January 2010
Medical results have been received
What does it say for you ?

it stated the same info like you. i don't understand how it stands for like in first colume in Process, in 2nd column withdrawn, 3rd one decision made ( confused if interview they waived and how it shows on ecas) and the last column is complete. @ Sanyrog : Tip is from one of our X immigration lawyer, he served as a Visa Officer for few years,he said never to send enquries to New Delhi about a specific case,they check it very carefully then that why is there a rush in a specific case,let them work on their own pace.They get pissed off if people send enquiries.
@ missing him : Lets c how it goes.the steps shown there like received - documents received - inprocess- medicals received - complete is just a generic flow of process but they dont follow it completely and not for all the cases.In june 2010 there have been cases where it just took 6 weeks for visa after PPR so every case is different.One of our relatives wife came canada on spouse visa in just 2.5 months from file transfer so dont know.I am just hoping for the best and ready to wait whatever it takes coz we cant do anything to expedite the case other than that we have complete documents and supporting pics and documents.

Yeah, our PPR was directly after the transfer. They started to process our case and PPR letter is dated Sept 21st.
Medicals were done in Chennai at the Apollo clinic by Dr. Prakash (one of the CND immigration approved doctor)

whats this?? who shud get irritated if they take their own time? us or them??? The oly way to contact them is thru email, and they dont want us to do that also?? they expect us to simply sit and relax and enjoy, when we are separated from our spouses? THIS IS SO ABSURD

Panda, Mine still says In Process. same like u all. Whats there for ND to get jealous?? They dont want to issue spousal PRs?? they want to enjoy seeing couples separated 4m each other? Then they shud bring a rule that all canadian PRs and citizens shud never marry ppl from outside canada!!!! |

Who knows how New Delhi is working, but you are just close of issuing the visa.
The reason most of the applications got delayed is also because at the end of the year very less Visas are issues as Quota gets completed by November.I hope ND moves their asses fast now and start issuing VISAS ASAP.

yes sanyrog chc forgot tht all rules and regulations they made are just for the Humans,,,,,they have crossed all boundaries,,,if they think like ths or they get pissed off by our CASE SPECIFIC ENQUIRIES,,,THN y the hell they take this much time to process any case,,,,they get trapped in their own rules and we r suffering bcoz of it,,,they simply allows criminals who actually broke the rules ,,,shows disrespect for the country they keep fighting for them ,,,and give them shelters and ppl like us r suffering bcoz of ths all  |
