adihanda, The reason I asked about validity is - It might be possible that your FBI doc has expired and hence ND folks are asking for it again. |

well you have to go to skilled category,there is a cap of 20000 visas and they update every week how many applications filed so far so they update the same also.so they updated the same few minutes back

hi DNT yeah sure anytime ,,,,she will need passport and xerox copy of passport along with tht form which she has to filed and singed,,,,4 passport size photographs,,,, whn she will appear for exam they will give her one form which she has to filled which contents quest abt health prob applicant has suffered b4 and things like tht ,,,,i think she will get DMP in apolo hospitals,,,but lot of crowd use to be there in apolo hopitals,,,,so ask her to find out DMP whos having personal hospital. |

Ok Folks !
Here is a situation which need your thoughts, I am not sure if someone already gone through this situation before:
Scenario: After marriage wife in India changed her last name to her Spouse's last name and now she has been issued a new passport with her spouse name on it and the old passport has been returned and cancelled.There is no foreign travel whats-o-ever neither on old passport nor on the new one.So now when New Delhi Visa office will request the passport for Visa should she send both the passports attached together or just the new one ?
Any Ideas?

whats the ETA of your husbands arrival?, have you seen how the visa looks like? did they return all the supporting documents, as well, what was the stamped date on the envelope? how long did the visa take from ND to your husbands home?
