Missingyou and Mikoo, U guys r right. We are just gonna wait till this Jan end, if no updates till Jan end, my husband is gonna go for MP. Mikoo, did ur husband go for MP? All, I also didnt change my lastname, as I have my father's name in all my other certificates:( When they have all wedding pics (showing all rituals) and marriage certificate etc etc, why would they want the lastname as the oly proof?  I have added my spouse in the ppt though. Welcome, DNT2003!!! Wish u all the best! |

Thank u missingu for replying..only been 20 days since file went to visa office so i'llsit back n relax.I cant believe they r saying medical for u..Embassy is pathetic!!! What r u goin todo next?
Panda: i have alot of GOOD proof ... i dont think they'll ask me to change my last name to prove to them that my marriage is genuine when my proof shows it.If u know what i mean. Sanyrog: i also have my name endorsed in hubby's passport, without last name change.

Wish u all the best! hey sanyrog nothing is like tht i sent application with my (father's name)old name on passport,,,,while applying for my PR we read somewhere tht we shud apply with the same name on passport ,,,and they didn't ask as such to me at all ,,,,its not at all necessary bocz we have to do endorsement once we will be there,,,,,it doesn't matter i think bcoz they didnt have any prob with which name u r applying(father's name or spouse) ,,,rather i think in tht case we will have to give more papers as a proof ,,moreover if we will apply with our old name thn all things will be more easy to investigate for them abt us while they chk BC,,,,bcoz since our childhood we had use tht name,,,all our registration and if have paid taxes and all with the same old name thn it will be more easy to prove so DON'T WORRY AT ALL ,,,its not at all necessary and ppl who did tht its not even prob for thm as well  hopefully we will get GOOD NEWS THROUGHOUT THIS WEEK |

Wish u all the best! no sanyrog,,, my 6months of process will be over on 4th feb,2010,,,its the date they are telling they got my application so its just matter of few days,,,if they dont send my PASSPORT WITH SHINY VISA THEN I WILL USE MP thn i will have good reason to force thm  ,,,till thn i m suppose to wait  |

Hi Guys, Following the above messages, I did not change my wife's last name on her passport. I submitted all details as she has on her passport. Do you think it could be a problem? I am nervous...didnt know about this before  dont worry we have also applied with my same old name it doesn't matters to ND ,,,our file wont get paused bcoz of this reason,,,,,ND ppl called me and they sent documents request as well ,,,but they never requested anything like this,,,,my application is on last stage of the process ,,,,we apply with old name or endorsed name ,,,all tht we need is just to prove ourself GENUINE,,,,WE ALL APPLICANTS CAN PROVE IT BOTH WAY,,,SO DONT WORRY ALL |

yes vish endorsement can be done in Canada as well,,,,one has to do it,,,some do tht b4 apply and some do tht after getting VISA |
