my case is appeal case and i won my appeal at ADR in Sept 20 2010. Since then they asked me to fill out new forms, which was done on dec 14 2010 and pcc. since then i have not heard anything from them.

Panda, Yah lets see if India can win this time Applied03, ur right. Delhi is working very slowly these days.. If u see this same thread, during june july and all, ppl used to get their visa within 1 to 2months of sponsorship approval! but look at our case, its gonna be 4months, n still v ve no clue when vl get our visa!!!!!!! |

Probably just chatting and sleeping. They are determined not to work on our files I guess!!! They try to give our file to background or medical clearance etc.. so that it l be off from their hands!!! They are not worried also abt hw long it takes for each step!! |

i share the exact same sentiments.
it is getting extremely difficult to go on like this and somedays i do feel like packing my bags and heading back to india!
same thing about the VOs...i feel they should bring in a consulting firm to figure out how to improve their efficiency levels! u're right applied03, they have slowed down since sept 2010.
i just wish there was some way to voice our concerns to them.
