Really dont worry. We all will pray. They must ve definitely received the ppt. if its thru courier bluedart or so, u shud be having some online proof. This is the short form of letter which myself, applied03, sonia etc received.. I guess u received the usual form of PPR previously and nw got the new short form of letter.

Is the file # the same ? Fax them with a copy of ur previous letter, mentioning that u received the PPR already, and sent it also on Dec 22nd. Attach the proof also. Please let me know if you have received the ppt etc. I really understand ur urgency. Its pathetic!! Its our ppt, hw can they not update their database or whatever!!

This is not the PPR.

My friend sent the FBI clearance and the PPt ND embassy sent the message today to him also that they received the PPT but not the FBI clearance. He is soooo worried that how in a single packet one thing is received and other is not.

Its not to make you worry about something but to let you know that you should follow up for sure although your passport is with them they should be updated.

Also attach the scanned copy of courier receipt or any other proof in the attachment section of the form and send the inquiry to them ASAP.

i just got all the info for the courier company, and went on there website, and it says it was delivered on Dec 21/2010, arrrggggg. what does ND make such stupid mistakes.

Missingyou's letter was the same which I got for my PPR, hence I said its the new short form of PPR. Just asking the ppt,and giving deadline for 45days.

just confirming you got the same letter as well? simple short and sweet, and signed by the Immigration officer. what idiots, dont they kow they already sent one letter, why the hell you wasting money and sending another letter, and scaring us. They really have to change there process, very slow, and such slack, these guys are dealing with confidential, documents, how can you not update the end user. not professional, and they say they want to increase taxes, in our country, go fix the government first before asking for anymore money....arrrgggggggg

Yes missingyou, we (applied03, sonia and myself.. I guess few more) got this short letter for PPR signed by the IO. yes they r idiots, why do they send it again?? can u check if the immigration officer sign is the same in both the letters???

the first letter my wife recieved was not signed and said Sincerely Immigration section, and PS: this is a valid computer generated letter and does not require any signature, the one she received today was signed.

i just need to do a followup but an debating, as to if I should, as they take so long to respond, I am just worried they will ignore my fax.

Fax them, send case spec enquiry, and send a letter also.. thru speedpost or courier. File # and UCI # are the same right in both the letters?

ok guys here is the scoop, i was stressing all this morning since I got a msg from my wife. This is what we did. I spoke with my dad and we decided to fax ND.

So, i got my wife to write a letter to new explaining what happened and that she received two letters, and the dates, and as well letting them know when she submitted, and mentioning that she is attaching 4 pieces of documents to the fax, 2 letters from ND, 1 letter that she wrote and signed off and dated, last is the confirmation from the courier company. She is going to be faxing it shortly, as well as speedpost to ND as well. I hope this works, and is not going to cause any problem to the rest of the processsing. This is really frustrating as we dont know what the hell is going on in ND, where they are with the case. and as per Kal's post today, they got ESAS update after 2 months, does that mean they are still processing Oct/Nov? if so then we are in deep waters, and will need to wait for Feb.

At this point my blood is boiling, and would like to contact someone in ND or Canadian Embassy or someone in the government, that controls these embassy's and give me a piece of my mind, as the is causing stress, and conflicts. This is suppose to be a straight forward application, does not make sense why CPC-M can process in 45days for all of Canada, and ND takes 6 months. really this is bull SH**...

Wow that feels good to kinda vent out my anger, I know this forum has helped me a lot and has become by 3rd family. Still at work, if anyone has anymore ideas please advise.

dont worry,. U ve done ur best. Just if u can, put ur phone # also.. it shud help. letter n fax shud do. if u want, u can also do a case spec enquiry. Nothing harm in that. Mention that u ve also faxed, in the letter u send.

I thot u also got the letter signed by teh VO. for me, it was signed by a VO.dont u have any signature? what abt sonia and other ppl who got short form of letter?
