Dear Mr. Raj can u pls let me know your case , i mean how u and ur wife meet , age , marriage function , hindu religion, where in india , reception, did u went for honeymoon, parents attended at wedding, education , papers submitted , wat extra papers did they called for later ? if possible please.
Because i think ur case and mine is somewat same. i mean divorce , widow also child.
please no hard feeling, it will be helpfull for me and others too.

I read all your previous post and your case reminds me 99% similar to one of my friend case. His case has been approved very fast in normal processing time and his interview was waived off. I hope you had mutual consent divorce and there is no case filed by your ex against you at Police station on IPC 498A ? If, so than you can hear positive response pretty fast and probably CHC ND can request you original court decree documents for cross check before issuing you d visa. Good luck. |

Can anyone tell me what does "in Process" means.
Does it means that visa would be issued or does it mean they CHC is evaluating for whatever decision they might take .
Most importantly is it possible that decision can be negative if it is in process on ecas?

Wait is over. I got DM on July 30,2012.
It Says:
We started processing your application on July 27, 2012.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
But i am little worried cause it didn't show my wife's address as my PR address. I hope i will get my PP back soon with shining visa.
Thanks a lot to all forum members for your kindness, support and love that you have saw us and i pray to god you all get your visa soon and meet your loved ones.

Puja, in process means they are working on your file and soon will come up with a decision. dnt worry, worst case scenario if your case goes above there head they will call you in for an interview, but if its strait-forward u ll soon see decision made... stay positive and do share your time line.. Congrats buddy! I don't think there is any need to worry. If they had any doubts or were going to refuse they would have asked you to come for an Interview. This is surely done , wait for the pp to arrive, where are you in India? Mine is the same as yours and for me they say started working on July 20! and DM etc... We are in Pune and we have not got the pp back yet.. usually it takes them about 8-10 days! but for me now its like 10 days! let me know when u get the pp back! congrats! |

yug u know wht i feel they r done with everything u sud get ur visa v soon, next review wud u ur visa dont lose hope good luck buddy i m so confused abt ND process!!!!!
on 5th july of 2012 i already submitted my new medicals+ pcc...
yesterday i got m passport back with the request of new medical+pcc ALSO at 2pm i got a call from ND that they send it by mistake and i have to ignore that letter n has to return the pp back...
i don't understand why ND wasting my process time....
neways any idea how long to get visa after submitting new medical+ pcc!!!!!!
pls suggest
