For a Feb 13th applicant, they have come back to the mp saying the file is waiting for a review..so i suspect either the same for u and rest of us in between OR your case should have made a progress and done with the initial review and should be in the final review stage..
lets see what your mp comes back with. Did you apply for Notes?
yesterday i sent the mail to MPP of Brampton i.e/ Vik dhillon But after some time i got reply from him that he can not give any information regarding this as he is a province representative and he send me the detail of local MP who is seeback kyle & then i have sent him that mail ,now see what he will reply   no i haven't apply for GCMS notes |

Ashunandal - we contacted our MP n got a reply that our application is for final review.
Lalatata - do you have any idea how much time does ND take for final review?
I don't know when you first inquire with your MP and got told your application is in final review but if I was you, I would check again with your MP. In my case I waited 3 weeks before contacting the MP again and we got the visa approved after that! All the best and hope you'll get it very soon! It would be about time! |

My husband just received his passport back. There was a letter confirming his granted PR and the pictures we sent with the application.

So I think I figured whats up with CIC ND .. They were bombarded with Jan applicants, they wrap most of them up.. instead of moving forward to FEb applicants (whos PP are with them and finalizing) they actually went back to Oct,Nov,Dec applicants and wrapping up the cases they left behind!
These folks from Nov-Dec have been waiting forever and its not fair to them specially when most of other applicants from there months are DONE.
So overall I think ND realizes that they need to wrap the left overs from previous months and its just a little unfortunate that the Feb,March folks are the one again getting the heat just like we got it from Jan folks (high numbers) to get the step one approvals..
I thinks its only fair that ND wrap up as many as they can the applications from before Jan and then move forward and resume from Feb
Now when that happens only god know! My key would be SBDELHI . When he gets his approval, i think that would be the time ND might move back to Feb.. till thn I can see more wait!
Then again.. its just me! lol and who I am to say it for sure! lol

Hi guys,
So i picked up the passport from CIC-ND, and also got back all the pictures sent to them. For anyone who is to go to ND, I reached there around 8:15, and when i got out of the office around 9:45, they were telling all the others who arrived after 9:30 to come back after 3:00pm, so make sure you get there early.
