Mikoo, don't be worry as u said continue contacting with you it's good sign. after Ur pics if they asked Ur med. its positive thing. it means they r satisfied with Ur relationship pics. well background check is compulsory for every one as my lawyer told me that Canada is a crime free country and it's very impotent for them to check Ur and Ur parents background check is any one don't have any case or crime background. and if u have all clean record don't worry give them some time and don't forget 6 month is office time frame and i hope with in that time u will get back positive report. but as Ur past history i think Ur case going good as they don't call u for interview rather then just asked more pics.  do just wait OK? |

Coffee11, what u got was a generic letter.. which every1 gets for PPR, wherein they dont mention deadline I guess.. Few of us have got a diff one, wherein they ask oly for ppt and deadline mentioned as 45days.. anyhw it doesnt matter. so dont worry. Applied03, sonia, Yeah we dono hw much mroe we need to wait for visa  atleast u guys are 20days ahead of me.. I ve sent my ppt yest, but they l receive oly on wed, as noone would be there to sign in n receive in ND til tuesday.. |

I saw that it took around 3-4 months with your application. Is it normal time line for ND visa office? I am going to apply for my wife next week. When should I expect her PR visa. Thanks in advance for your advice....regards
Hi Vish, It all depends on visa officer. It takes 1month for sponsorship appln, and then to get PR , it might take 4m 3 to 6months.. it all depends on luck as u can see from our timeline, it has taken 3months to get passport request itself, and then we dono hw much more time its gonna take to get my visa.. |

Should I get new one and send with application? or send application now with a note that I have requested new PCC. I shall send new PCC directly to ND office later once we have file#. Thanks Rocky Vish, u can submit. No need of new PCC I guess, as its valid for 1yr. thts what my lawyer told us. Also, guys 1qn. I sent my ppt thru courier on friday. As sat and sunday are off, they l try to deliver today I guess. But will there be any1 to sign in for that today or tomo, as its off? will it be delivered only on wednesday then? |

@ Sanyrog hey if u have sent it through Blue Dart thn they might have given u some 12 digit number on the receipt while u sent it,,,u can chk with tht whether it has reached safely or not,,,,, @ Rocky thanks alot once again  |
