my wife received her pp with visa and COPR just now.

it was stamped on june 1. but ecas updated on monday morning 10 am india time.

thanks. btw they are sending it in speed post.

last time when they send docs in normal post it took 3 days now it took 5 days in "speed post"

another question...I want to contact my member of parliament (MP) in Canada about my case. I am currently out of the country in India and intend to return to Canada with my husband when he gets PR. I know I have to sign and send a consent form (is it the one for use of a representative on CIC site?) to my MP. Is it ok to fill out the form, sign it and then scan it and send to my MP by email or do I have to send it directly to her by mail (the original copy)? Can I get my mother who lives in my house to drop it off on my behalf if I cant email it? If I scan and email does it have to be notarized? Also, does the consent form from sponsor go only to the MP or does the MP have to send it to CIC as well to be authorized to have information about my case? If anyone has any experience with this, PLEASE HELP!!!

Give the detail of you ,ur file number,date birth anf uci.  and write there,i saw in my ecas that showing my address is wrong,,so pls i want to coorect it (give the correct address).and write there that all the corresponce send to follong address as u mention correctafter at the and,,write ,give me the further instruction.may be it will faster ur application

yes new delhi will send you passport request soon via email or mail.  you should check your emails and post box everyday because ND sends PPR within 10-25 days of file transfer. after passport submission you will have to wait again, if your case is straight forward ( no travel history, no divorce) you will get your visa within 2 months.

Sorry dont want to be rude here but when you call someone in the morning at 7:30 or 8:00 (IST) then what do you expect. However i do answer your phone at anytime you phoned.
And you must understand that People must be busy at some time.
