Hi, Is there anyone out there, who has not sent their Passport when requested; as he/she is outside their home country? I could int send my Passport as a live and work outside India. As its illeagal to send Passport by Post. So I requested the New Delhi Visa Office for permission to submitting my passport at the final review stage. And on 6th May I received an email from New Delhi Visa Office, that they have accepted my request of submitting my passport at the final review stage. Its been a month now. I have not heard anything from them. Anyone out there similar as my situation??  |

Finally got PPR Today Via Phone Call From High Commission, New Delhi... spokeperson told me that u have to submit your passport only & send it to our chankyapuri address. still is there any chance that vo demands any additional document ? after submitting passport how long it will take for visa ? kindly confirm the address where i can send passport ? Can anybody help me  ? |

Also a newly added address field on Sponsored person status does it mean visa processing is in final stage? any guesses?
Yes, I believe so, particularly if the applicant's ecas is now showing the Canadian address where they will eventually be landing. But even if it's only the Indian address, it means Delhi is working and progressing on your file... so good news either way. |

It did vanish on jan28 but I didnt get the address back.
don't know wht this ND vo's doin? i hope i ll get some update in m file... monday i get m address bk after4months on ecas without any change |

Hi, you can send your passport(s) to: High Commission of Canada Immigration Section 7/8 Shantipath Chanakyapuri New Delhi 110021 It's always possible that they'll ask for more documents later, you just have to wait and see. The time from passport request to visa issuance varies a lot - look at the spreadsheet Vengat maintains and you'll see what I mean... |

Hello All,
We finally received passport request yesterday via email. We did not include any Skype phone log records when we initially sent our files to CIC - MISSISSAUGA
Do u think it's okay to send Skype Call log file and also some additional email log file while sending passport to New - Delhi even though they are not asking them
Really appreciate if some one could help us with this.

Today also PP did not come ( My father received my Passport in Nepal yesterday...if I am not wrong you got DM few days after I did right, and if that is the case, probably, you will get it in two days.....all the best....take care |
