same here.CHC update all of the address on ecas.on my file no,,my indian address including city,h.no,and everything shown from last two days.wht u think guys,if after interview held and CHC ND keep passport,wht is the possibility of visa.
have ever happened they send back without visa?I am so worried about it.

I have applied for my husband who is in Punjab India. My application was received by Missisauga on 21st of March and I am waiting to hear anything from CIC

i think it just rumors that contacting MP puts the application at the end of the queue
can some senior members shed some light?

VERY IMPORTANT question...please help!     I want to contact my MP in Canada about my husband's application. I got my passport request on May 10th and on June 18th, it will be a month since my passport and other documents were received at New Delhi visa office. I want to contact MP soon, it that ok? I have heard that it can delay the processing and when they find your application to give your status to the MP, the application is taken out of line and put at the end? Is that true or not? or will it actually help for MP to contact and remind them to start working on my application? I am also outside of Canada in India now and is it ok to send a signed and scanned copy of my consent form for inquiry into my case my email to my MP?  

more clearly...i mean my passport and other documents were received in ND office on May 18th and i am thinking about contacting my MP around June 18th, which is soon. my question is that is it ok to contact my MP one month later, since I have not heard anything about the status except application received?

Here is ur answer.To contacting the MP to know about your application will never delay the processing.Moreover,this is faster way to move your application, if there is no progess in ur application since.This is my experince that you will know about your application with in three days after contacting the MP.

I think its too early. ND usually takes 45- 60 days after receiving your PP to give you DM. Exceptions are always there. So I think you should wait for 60 days and then contact MP. YOu may look into spreadsheet. People like us have got any info from ND  after PPR . Its being more that 3 months..

wait and watch is the name of the game which ND plays with everyone
