Hey Guys I also received the call from the number +413502067 few days ago around 2am in the morning(2 am canada time). Unfortunately I didnt able to pick it up coz i was sleeping. I was thinking there is no country code it must be some satellite phone.......
do you have interview on June 20th |

Hi All,
I have received the GCMS notes today !
Eligibility: passed
Medical: passed
criminality: not started
security: not started
they started processing the app on Feb 20 (as it reflects in my e-cas), till then they were collecting documents from CPC-M only.
As of Feb-21, all the documents have been attached to our file, including passport.
VO have written notes for eligibility dated Feb 17, that the marriage seems genuine from all documents provided and interview has been waived.
another officer has approved it on Feb 20 and written notes saying, Interview Waived and visa issuance pending.
Thats when my e-cas went to in process (medical received, passport received and interview waived).
No bring forward date has been provided in GCMS.
Hoping that if what they updated my MP comes true (4 weeks from May 10), I should hear something back by Jun 10-15 timeframe.
One thing I learned from the notes is that there is no mention of any complication and interview has been waived and approved.
Happy. Hoping for the final review completion pretty soon.

Hi Vengat n Friends, I received my GCMS notes today, it says Eligibility: passed April 13th Medical: passed criminality: In Progress April 04 security: not started Interview waived, and Eligibility passed on April 13th the same day my status changed to in-process, so that explains, whose ever status is in `In Process` , basically their Eligibility is passed. |

Can you tell us the number u received from ND? my wife received call from +42723691 when she redial to know who called it says "number busy" Did u tried calling them back or did they called u back around same time? Is it advisible to call that number to confirm if that is from ND VO? |

Guess what guys?? So an update about where my passport is, I got a call from the Visa officer, saying that they mailed my passport to the address I provided them, but the passport was sent back to them- so he asked me to send a family member (with an authorized letter from me), to pick up my passport on my behalf!! Finally! I don't need to worry anymore. I was wondering where my passport had gone after Decision Made. I will update you guys once my passport has been picked up. by the way, just to let you guys know- The Visa Officer told me over the phone that their office is closed this Friday |

Urs seems to be 9digits chances seems to b very less as i compared the no. i received with the actual IMM phone no. on ND CIC website which is Telephone: 91 (11) 4178-2000
Were u in India when u received this call? just curious to know if that is the case then dont worry bcoz ND CIC wont work at that time. My wife received around 9:30am india time
When I got the call from the Canada High Commission in New Delhi, it was an Ontario phone number and he also confirmed to me that he was calling from New Delhi. Maybe they called me from their "Canada" line, since he was calling me over seas (I live in USA) |

i want to ask one thing that i found in my case that ND sent me a PPR letter & in that letter they mentioned my old surname (before marriage) but i filled my application with my new surname ... for that also i sent them a letter in which i wrote that to please send all the letters with my new name as i have sent both the passports with old surname & new passport with new surname .. please suggest me will it create any problem for me  ? |

Vengat 83 & anaidoor Good that you got your notes and you know what actually stuck up . Still good thing is that the interview is waived off and just security and criminal check is required. All the best to both of you. hope in june you can get the shining visa |

I dont think so. because u must have submitted the marriage certificate which has your old name and your new surname, dont worry much. If it would have been a serious point then CHC would have emailed to you for this. relax ans wait for further good news |
