hai xyrus, Its nice 2 c u after long time n dis forum.....well, dphoto issue happened wid my hubby too n e went 2 service canada(is dat d place? i dont remember!!!) n dey took another picof him n got his PR card after 3 months of landing...to avoiddis we gave some photos of my baby while landing n he got his card in 4 weeks.... @ all, I hope other buddies minku,chinthu have settled well in canada.....tellme abt d snow in toronto, i heard its too heavy out der...here, in edmonton its not dat much but temp is low.... Hope all's well with everybody! abcone: Just a heads up, on the trackitt website I read a comment about someone not being able to attend the interview because the applicant was overseas and the passport was in the possession of the visa Office. The case eventually got rejected because the candidate obviously could not attend the interview! All I can say at this point is that you have very limited options. Consult a lawyer immediately without wasting more time! Tread cautiously, Good Luck! My saga still continues with CIC It will take a long time for me to receive the PR card as my photos got rejected!! This process will take about 3-4 months to complete! sanyrog: No! You can't walk in to the consulate! Email is your best bet! |

Guys, any idea what I can do? Sponsorship was approved and my file got transferred on 27th september. Its been 3months since then, and havent got anything from ND yet. Seeing others similar to my timeline, almost every1 has got PPR, or atleast their file is opened.. Delhi has replied to both of our enquiries saying they havent even received my appln yet. We enquired CPC-M, and they confirm that they have sent the file for sure. My file could ve been missed or something?  feeling so upset. Its a very tough period for me! |

Sanyrog, I can feel the pain but honestly keep faith in God everything would be fine. To the fact that your address was mentioned as Canadian one thats why its getting delayed. New delhi replied back to me as well that they have not received any package as of yet for me. Its just the general format of reply that they have. Trust me everything should be fine just keep faith in God. I guess your best bet would be routing an inquiry through Local MP. to find your local MP you can search here

applied 03 same letter as yours only thing is that there is no deadlines mentioned very short letter jus they ask for submission of passports,nothing else.

They must have definitely despatched the PPR request to you,that,s sure.You lawyer seems to be less active.Anyways there is a delay whenever there is lawyer envolved.I have seen in some other cases also.Always try to give Indian correspondence address.Don,t worry You will get it very soon.
