i need ur help
i m moving from my current address.....but the thing is i have v apply for my wife's dependant visa this month and i want to do the same with my present address n not new address....does immigration check our proof of address by calling our owner please let me know that...cos my bank address and pay slips and my driving licence all are at present address...and i dont want to change since it will delay my wifes process

we have a lawyer( useless ),my wife (Sponsor ) was inquiry trough Email after 16 days they reply you have enquiry trough Your lawyer or trough applicant (Me ) , Then I sent CSE on 20th Feb 2012 till date no reply,
Last Friday My wife ask to MP and yesterday MP call to my wife but she missed the call now what ?

Applied in Dec 2011, Sponsor Approval in Jan end 2011, PPR in Feb end 2011 and my status changed to in process this week
I'm happy to know that something is moving along with December applicants! Mine still says "Application Received" only!! I'm guessing this could be that I had to get a CSQ from Quebec first, and we just got that approval letter 2 days ago, so hopefully it will move fast now!! Whats this Canadian Intelligence thing I'm hearing about now?  |

I needed that consolation  I was patient all these days, as I know the time has not come for my app yet...but now since many applicants in my vicinity is getting DM, the anxiety and impatience has increased ! I understand how you feel, but wait one - two weeks. VISUALIZE YOUR VISA IN THE MAIL. SIT BACK, CLOSE YOUR EYES, AND VISUALIZE A "DECISION MADE" WHEN YOU LOG INTO E-CAS. MAKE IT FEEL REAL, FEEL HAPPY AS IF YOU ALREADY HAVE IT! You will get what you ask for. Trust me, it works! If it's not too much work- can you make a section for which date the applicant got "IN PROCESS" on Ecas?? So that way we can compare and see how long it took from In Process to DM. Everyone can msg you their in process date |

Hey Shamsia!! Thanks for dropping in. When are you going to Canada? Please let us know your experience once you are there GUESS WHAT GUYS? ? I GOT MY PASSPORT REQUEST!!!!!!!!!!! The letter is dated Feb 23, 2012 but just got it today. Just like I suspected, they were waiting for the Quebec CSQ to come through, before they sent it and also mail delay since it's an overseas address. ALSO- TO CORRECT INFORMATION ON THIS FORUM, CIC-ND DOES MAIL STUFF OUTSIDE OF THE COUNTRY (SUCH AS LETTERS- BUT NOT PASSPORT). |

I am new to these post...but heavily using sponsor approval post since last few days Received CIC MISS..on Jan11th 2012 AOR received on March10th 2012 Approved on March 15th 2012 Transfer to new delhi??? PPR request??? Visa issued??? I know i just began my actual processing...but need some useful info from senior members on these post just to know when my wife can receive her VISA approx month:) |
