Good News...My wife just got her PPR email.
Here it is how it looks like....

We have received your application for permanent residence in Canada in the Family class on01/03/2012 and have created a file with the file number indicated above.Note: The application received date is in mm/dd/yyyy format. Please quote this file number inall future correspondence with our office.
Canada has a carefully managed and controlled immigration program that is committed tomaintaining a balance of 60% economic immigrants and 40% non-economic immigrants (familyclass, refugees, and those in need of protection). Amongst non-economic immigrants, priority isgiven to spouses/partners and dependent children.

yes they are ready to issue u the visa!!!!! if u can fly before 27th march its good for u otherwise u have to wait as after u have to do redo medical first and then they gonna issue u visa, also this may gonna take another month or more!!!!!!! i think its better for u to fly b4 but rest its upto u!!!!!!!! |

Oh yes! Its your visa Congrats!! If I were you, I would definitely avoid a re-medical (which would delay your case by 2-3 months) and head to ND ASAP! All the best |

Hi, Dont worry. Everything will go well. Its really stranger on ND to do like this. I hope something good happens to you and to all of us here. Answering your question, ND usually takes roughly 10 to 15 days to reply to the CSE (Case Specific Enquiries) mails. Hope this helps. |
