The same day when they started processing our application as per ECAS update. The mailing address was the farthest point of the country you can imagine..It was in Tamilnadu..  she was at her parent's place when I applied..so I had provided that address.....still it took only 2 days... |

Usually we count days from DM on ECAS..isn't it? |

u know what - its possible that they stamp ur visa early on in the - "in process" period. after that they do the paperwork corresponding with immigration authorities back in canada.
cos if the visa stamp says feb 2, that means u got approved on feb 2. simple as that. they wouldnt stamp it until everything was ok with ur application.
check out kannadigas time line too ...................
