hey guys cm on enjoy ur time. DM means u got visa 100 percent sure, party time for u guys It is nice to be momentarily happy and high in the sky, more than that feeling I dont want this feeling of falling down from the cloud number 9 So as I said to Kannadiga, reserve myself if it comes DM for us |

Does this warrant writ of mandamus - or does it have to be longer.
Our application started in CIC ND August 2010. CSIS was done Jan 2011. CIC states background checks pending as of Jan 2012

What is your case? Spouse? Why did it took so long and what information you have? There are several ways of follow up with CHC, but less ways to enforce CHC-ND You can consider the legal process of writ of mandamus and get a lawyers opinion. However if CHC says the case is not in our hands, then your writ will not solve the purpose. Did you consider or try your Local MP? |
