Hi Guys
I got an update as well, my husband got a call from the ND this morning asking him if he would be able to fly before the 26th of feb, because his medical expires on the 26th. They are just waiting for the PCC from Canada, which might take upto 1 week or might happen before that as per the officer, if they get his PCC he will have to personally go to New delhi to pick up his passport, and then he can fly before the 26th of feb. I really hope they get PCC, so everything goes fine...fingers crossed, but I am very very happy,,,,atleast we got this positive news.

I had "medical received" on the day of my sponsorship approval..so it directly changed to "in process" Yesterday. |

A friend of mine who applied in Aug first week few days before us also got "in process" yesterday...Actually He contacted MP 15 days back and they responded back last week and clearly informed that ND did not even open his file Until MP office contacted them to get the status and it was after MP's Email, they started working on it. They also told him that they will follow up in 30 days get back to him with further information. So I believe it is nothing wrong to contact your MP if you are past 4 months from application received at CPC M. You will get a definite status on your file. It is just a matter of one Email to your local MP. |
