HAHA! I seriously burst out laughing when I read this! Quite honestly, I was observing the pattern of timelines posted by applicants on trackitt.com Check it out. It really helps to determine how everything progresses per others' experiences. Everything upto PPR has a standard timeframe, but after that I don't think anyone can foresee/predict the next step! Cz this is when the real scrutiny starts. I think most imp. factor is to check relationship genuineness, then they do background checks based on immigration stamps on PP and other administrative checks! If ll goes well and if no other docs. are requested, my wild guess is visa is issued between 30-45 days!! All the best!
will it really tk 30-45 days from the day they receive PP?? doesn't this look too long period?? |

On an average, if no additional docs. are required, everyone is receiving it in abt 2-3 weeks. My app. processing started on July 7th and PPR letter was delivered to me on July 21st. Mine processing started on 24th june 2010, date on PPR letter : 25th June 2010 and I got the letter on 3 July 2010. I am also waiting for the passport with Visa!! God only knows when I will get it and hope to receive it soon!! |

I know chinthu. It does seem long! I observed this trend based on trackitt.com family class tracker. Some ppl. have got in within 2 weeks of submission where as others have received it after 2-3 months of submission. 30-45 days is the average period. Its been 2 weeks since I submitted mine. Good Luck. This wait seems never ending! |
