Hello Everyone,
I'm new to this forum, i have some queries related to my PR application, kindly reply
As I'm from Punjab, my hubby sponsored me in October'11. I have submitted my PCC (issued by The Commisioner of Police, Ludhiana) along with my application.
My query is that, i was living at a different address (but in same city) at the time when i was 18. When i was 21 we moved to our new house (in same city).
Now i'm worried that the PCC which i submitted with my application is for the time since i was 21 years old (not since 18 years of my age).
I have submitted my PP to CHC- New Delhi in last week, will they ask me for another PCC (from old address, for 3 years i.e from 18 to 21)?
Kindly give ur views, as i'm very tensed.
Again i'm mentioning that my both addressess are in the same city.

my wife had the same problem. although both her addresses were under the jurisdiction of the same police station. hence on my pcc they wrote both addresses. also i got pcc from passport office which covers atleast the full state if not the country. i am an overtly extra careful n cynical guy, so if i were u i would get a pcc from passport office send it to them with a cover letter anyway. Although siva might disagree  anyway thats my 2 cents for u |

ND has taken care of the backlog and is working faster ? is it really possible ? im too cynical to hope so ..... address disappearance after PPR ? what does that mean ? @ sivathegreat - dude lets meet up sometime at tim hortons n ponder over this *censored word* what say Last time address disappeared, did something happen ? like application rec'd to in process ? |

My reply to this lady was intended.."dont worry much,do you your best and send it.." My wife spent three days in arranging the second set of pictures, labelling them etc etc.. I told her..just carry on...dont worry about minute details..dont worry about "wrong" do your best and we will see! |

I dont know about other states but in Chennai if you ever travel by private long distance bus service..
the driver will start the engine and press the accelerator "vroom, vrooom..." maybe pres the horn two or three times (some times they put the gear and go for a round and come back..)
All just to buy time to get more last minute tickets and give a feeling to the passenger "we have started.."
..CIC may not required to do like that..!! just my observation and comments!
.."Passengers fasten your seat belt, your addresses have disappeared, in a few moments we will take off"..!!!

i was just wondering if those people's addresses also got vanished whose address disappeared in recent "2 weeks" disaster ?
mine disappeared today. It did not disappear few weeks back everyone else's got disappeared..
I don't know whoelse got 2nd time here. I had no news previous time so I hope at least it go in process this time or even DM  |

you did not say is your address disappeared. Is it there? No it is not a bug. I checked various forums and various threads! The most annoyed people are the FSW category people. poor guys!..I am happy that I am through that stage..cannot imagine 7 years. |
