Although it's a good idea to request them for update but CHC-ND usually gives a general response when file is within 6 months period. I wouldn't take their response too seriously unless they give specific details.

Buddy, I believe rent receipts are good enough. It shows that you are renting a place and paying the rent properly on a regular basis. CIC don't need to know what kind of place you are renting as long as they have rental proofs in the form of receipts.

One more thing i wanna know can we do medicals on later stage or we need to submit it with initial application...how much is the visa fees in total
please let me know that as well

Yes. You must get medical done before submitting application. CPC-Mississauga may send your application back if they think it's incomplete without medical form signed by your DMP. Your total fees would be $1040 if you are only sponsoring your spouse.

Got my passport today with the visa

Thank you guys for all the help and support, previous members starting with DNT2003, aman, fprince, jasvarun, andrew, meateater, gwalyat, yug, manisohal.

OMG !!! Its way too much...

I think you can send important pics which includes all possible traditions of your marriage, reception or ring ceremony and some pics of honeymoon trip or outing. You can send family pics if you have kids.

We sent around 60 pics and with that too, I thought that I was sending a lot.

we sent 60 pics. you can send many pics  but its sud Representative well relationship with your spouse and your marriage

One more thing i wanna know can we do medicals on later stage or we need to submit it with initial application...how much is the visa fees in total

if you send medical with application its reDuse your time line more then tow weeks or more, its also  good for initial Stage

I think you sud submit PCC with application,coz if they ask after your file come in ND then its delay 2 or 3 weeks or more,  its true that you can submit your medical and PCC later as well but its delay your time and west your time too

Hi there,

1. Yes you need to submit a PCC which is not older than 3 months at the time of submitting you application from all the countries you have lived in for 6 months or more. In some instances where you are unable to get a PCC, you can submit a letter explaining that you were not able to get it at the moment, but it will be forwarded as soon as it arrives. Also, show them what steps have been taken to obtain the said PCC.

2. Your agent is wrong. You must get your medicals done and include the receipt before you submit the application. Mississauga will send your application back if you do not send your medicals and that will delay your case.
